世界水日通常介于三月至四月之间。 在这段时间，槟城植物公园禁区里的瀑布将会开放于公众人士。这禁区属于槟州水务局的 （PBA - Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang)。 我借此机会参观了这特别的地方。World Water Day which will be at between March and April. During this period the waterfall which at the restricted area in Botanical Garden Penang will be open for public. This restricted area is under Penang State Water Provider company (PBA). I have taken this chance to take a look on this special place.
当天一大早，就与朋友们一起到了植物公园。由于这瀑布位于植物公园里头，所以需要走一段路才到达入口处 （因植物公园不允许任何车辆行驶，除了拥有准正者）。
Reach botanical garden early in the morning with friends. As the waterfall located inside the botanical garden, we need to walk a distance to reach the entrance (no vehicle is allowed in the botanical garden unless you got the permit).
要到大瀑布前，需经过一个小小的蓄水池及净水处理房。走到尾段将会看见一个小门连接着斜斜的石梯级。随着那石梯级往上走就会到达瀑布了。
Before approaching the waterfall, we need to pass by a small reservoir. At the end of the reservoir you will see a small gate which leads to a small path with stone steps. Follow the stone steps then you will reach the waterfall.
为了让人们可以观看瀑布，在石梯级的尾端建了个观望台， 好让人们在那儿观看瀑布。
A lookout is build to let visitor to have a clear view of the waterfall.
清澈见底的水，看了都觉得清凉。是时候离开了。我们沿着同一条路回去。
Back to the botanical garden, we pay a visit at the lily pound in passing. Due to it located out of the way, we need to reach there by using the small track.

The water is so clear. I feel so fresh. Is time to leave, we follow the same path as we came.
回到植物公园， 我们顺便去莲花池看看。这莲花池位于偏僻的角落，须沿着小道才能到达。

Where to get the permit and how to get it?

To know the actual date you might need to follow up their website. Will get back to you once I found the page.
oh..only once a year..no wonder i never seen that la. you really attend many of the penang events
