2012 Penang CNY Cultural and Heritage Celebration 槟城街头文化庙会

好久没来更新这部落了。最近是有点忙。
现在来补回之前一些事迹。

龙，一个华人传统上认为是吉祥的象征。 于是龙年的来临，大家都期望会有更好的一年。

槟城街头文化庙会。 槟城一年一度的庆典。如往年一般在农历新年期间举行。龙年的到来，大家都合作的把这庆典弄得比去年好。




Been some times didn't update my blog. Has been busy for some times.

Chinese believes that Dagon representing propitious. This coming Chinese New Year will be the year of Dragon. Everybody hope there will be a better year.

 

Penang CNY Culture and Heritage Celebration still an annual ongoing event in Penang. 

如往年一般， 此庆典的地点又包括亚贵街，打石街，打铜仔街/本头公巷，甘榜哥南，大铳巷，四方巷及牛干东。
有不少的舞台柱在不同的地点，呈现不同的节目。

Same as last year, the festival location includes Ah Quee Street, Aceh Street, Armenian Street, Kampung Kolam, Cannon Street, Soo Hong Lane and Chulia Street.

There are a lot of stage been set up at different location and performing different programs.

   
由于是龙年，你可以感觉许多的龙在你周围。

As is the year of Dragon, you can feel that a lot of dragon surrounding the area.  

除了主角-- 龙， 还有许多历史及传说人物都会在周围出现。

Other than Dragon, you may found some historical and legendary character walking around.

这庙会由槟州政府，槟州各姓氏宗祠联合委员会联合主办，槟州各姓氏青年团联合委员会主办。

This event is host by Penang State government, Penang Chinese Clan Council and Clan Association Youth Committee, Penang.
