七月七日，乔治市入世遗周年庆典。在这一天，乔治市将会有许多精彩的活动与表演以示庆祝。

7th July -- Georgetown World Heritage Site Celebration is a day to celebrate Georgetown Penang as World Heritage Site by UNESC. On this day, there will a lot of activities and performance around Georgetown.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site is a place (such as a forest, mountain, lake, desert, monument, building, complex, or city) that is listed by the UNESCO as for special cultural or physical significance. Wiki

今年的七月七日刚巧坐落在星期六，相信会比往年来得热闹。下午三时半左右，我们开始我们的行程。与其费时找车位不如用那些时间多看看旧街道，所以我们把车子停放在较远的停车场，徒步迈向目的地。

我们从沓田仔街(Lebuh Carnarvon)开始走向台牛后巷(Lebuh Melayu)，慢慢的欣赏旧式的街道。虽然住在槟城已多年，感觉上槟城还是那样的新鲜极吸引人。来到了咸鱼巷(Lorong Ikan)。找到了第一个铁线艺术 -- 牛与鱼(Cow and Fish)。这雕塑位于咸鱼巷(Lorong Ikan)及台牛后巷(Lebuh Melayu) 的交接处。(还有许多铁线艺术待我去寻觅）

This year, 7^th July falls on Saturday. I bet it will be more happening compare with previous years. We started our journey about half pass three pm. We choose to park our car in a distant parking lot and walk toward the destination as we felt that it is better to use the time to visit more places rather than waste it on seeking for parking space.

We started our journey from Carnarvon Street (Lebuh Carnarvon) and walk towards Malay Street (Lebuh Melayu). Along the way we enjoying the old style street view. Although I been staying in Penang for so many years, Penang still so attractive to me. When we reach Fish Lane (Lorong Ikan), we met our first steel rod sculptures art – Cow and Fish. It is located at the junction between Fish Lane (Lorong Ikan) and Malay Street (Lebuh Melayu).(There still a lot of steel rod sculptures art waiting me to find out)

接下来我们沿着甘光内横巷（Lorong Tok Aka)再转进红土坎巷(Lorong Lumut)。这样就到了打石街(Lebuh Acheh)。沿途经过打石街回教堂。

We walk along Tok Aka Lane and get through Lumut Lane then get into Acheh Street. Along the road we pass by Acheh Street Mosque.

现在寻壁画开始。槟城最近风靡着一股寻壁画及与壁画合照的热潮。为了不落人后的我，今天也打算把它们给找出来。

这些壁画都是立陶苑共和国(Republic of Lithuania) 的画家Ernest Zacharevic 的杰作。

很幸运的当我在寻找壁画的当儿给我遇上了画家本人！！他就在路旁涂鸦着他的画稿。

Wall painting is something new at Penang, to keep myself up to date, I going to find them out by today!!

Those popular walk painting is masterpiece of Ernest Zacharevic which from Republic of Lithuania.

While I was searching for the wall painting, so luck that I saw Ernest himself! He was sketching something at the road side.

逛着逛着，无意间发现在烟头巷有很大群的人潮。在不想错过任何热闹的想法下，就这样的混进人群里。

原来这儿有由各宗祠所准备的街头活动。这些活动主要是呈现槟城的历史。

While we walking around, found a crowd of people is just ahead us. There must be something, don’t feel want to miss out anything; just walk ahead will get the answer!

There are some street performance which prepared by few society to present the history of Penang culture.
